बाढ़ क्या है?

Flooding is the most common and costly natural disaster in Southeast Asia. Types include: river flooding (when rivers overflow their banks during monsoon), flash flooding (sudden water surge in steep terrain), coastal flooding (from storm surge or high tides), and urban flooding (when drainage systems are overwhelmed). Bangkok, Jakarta, Manila, Dhaka and Phnom Penh are among the most flood-prone cities in Asia.
