जलमग्नता क्या है?

Inundation can be temporary (monsoon floods, storm surge) or permanent (sea level rise, land subsidence). In Southeast Asia, both types are a growing concern. Cities like Bangkok, Jakarta and Ho Chi Minh City face increasing inundation risk from the combination of sea level rise, land subsidence (from groundwater extraction) and more intense monsoon rainfall under climate change.
