बर्फ क्या है?

Snow is exceedingly rare in Southeast Asia. It has been reported only on the highest peaks: Hkakabo Razi in Myanmar (5,881 m, permanent snow/ice), Sapa and Fansipan in Vietnam (occasional light snow in extreme cold snaps), and very rarely on Mount Kinabalu in Sabah (4,095 m). For most of the region, snow is an alien concept — which is why snow tourism (visiting northern Japan or Korea from SE Asia) is hugely popular.
