ओले क्या है?

Hail forms inside cumulonimbus clouds with very strong updrafts. Water droplets are carried above the freezing level, freeze, fall, collect more water, and are lifted again. Each cycle adds a layer of ice. Hailstones range from pea-sized (5 mm) to softball-sized (>10 cm) in extreme cases. In Southeast Asia, hail is uncommon but does occur during severe pre-monsoon thunderstorms in Bangladesh, northern India, and occasionally in Myanmar and northern Thailand.
