कपासी वर्षा मेघ क्या है?

Cumulonimbus clouds are the kings of the cloud world. They form through vigorous convection when warm, moist air rises rapidly, and can reach the tropopause at 12-15 km altitude. A single cumulonimbus can contain 500,000 tonnes of water and produce rainfall rates exceeding 100 mm per hour. In tropical Southeast Asia, they form almost daily during the monsoon season.
