वाष्पीकरण क्या है?

Evaporation removes heat from surfaces (evaporative cooling) and adds moisture to the atmosphere. High evaporation rates in tropical oceans provide the moisture that fuels monsoon rainfall and tropical cyclones. On land, high humidity reduces evaporation rate, which is why tropical climates feel so oppressive even when temperatures are moderate.
