काली बर्फ क्या है?

Black ice forms when surface temperatures drop below freezing while moisture is present. It is called black because it is transparent, allowing the dark road surface to show through. In Southeast Asia, black ice is only a concern at high elevations in the northern mountains (Sapa, Shan State highlands, northern Laos) during winter cold snaps.
