When does the monsoon arrive in Karachi?
The southwest monsoon normally reaches Karachi around 12 July, advancing northward across Pakistan from the Kerala coast (where it arrives about 1 June). The onset date shifts ±1–2 weeks year to year, so treat this as the long-period normal rather than a fixed date.
